Popoyo last April with @livinginflowco at @99surflodge 🩷 and these are literally just a brief second from all that I got to share with these women. when Melanie asked me to come storytell this week, I had a huge question mark when it came to the hoop. All I knew is I’ve never been able to do it in my life. But the hoop, even through watching, taught me to go slow, play, and find the flow around me.
