We love traveling with our clients. We plan every detail, then travel with them to make sure everything is taken care of. Some clients simply don’t want to lift a finger, even on vacation 😜, and we’re happy to make that happen.

You say no to them and it’s instant chaos - meltdown, arguing, insisting, the “but whyyyy” on repeat - just the way they expect you to drop everything the SECOND they want something.

As a child therapist, I hear this all the time - listen, I’ve had the thought myself. It’s GOOD to pause and ask yourself this. We love our kids so damn much but none of us want to raise a kid who can’t handle “no,” who expects everything to go their way, or who falls apart the second things don’t. It’s just not good for real life.

یه ترشی خوشرنگ و خوش‌عطر که ترکیب بادمجون، زرشک و سبزی‌های معطرش حسابی دلبری می‌کنه! 🤤❤️

🛒 مواد لازم:
🍆 بادمجون: ۱۰ عدد
❤️ زرشک: ۱ پیمانه
🌿 ریحون، گشنیز و نعنا: به مقدار لازم
🧄 سیر رنده‌شده: چند حبه
🍶 سرکه: تا جایی که مواد رو بپوشونه
🧂 نمک: ۲ قاشق سوپ‌خوری
🌶️ فلفل: ۱ قاشق غذاخوری
🌱 پودر تخم گشنیز: ۱ قاشق غذاخوری
🍬 نبات: ۱ تکه

👩🏻‍🍳 فوت‌وفن خوشمزگی:

✅ بادمجون‌ها رو با پوست حلقه کن و توی سرکه فقط تا حد نرم‌شدن بپز؛ نذار له بشن!

✅ وقتی خنک شدن، سبزی خردشده، زرشک، سیر و ادویه‌ها رو اضافه کن و آروم مخلوط کن.

✅ داخل شیشه تمیز بریز، روی مواد رو با سرکه بپوشون و یه تکه نبات اضافه کن تا طعمش متعادل بشه.

✅ درِ شیشه رو ببند و داخل یخچال بذار. حدود ۲۴ ساعت بعد، طعم‌ها به خورد هم می‌رن! 😋
