I am incredibly honored to share that Your Concierge Austin has been named Best of Texas 2026 in the Other Home Services category!
This award is especially meaningful because what started as a dream when I was 19 years old has now become my reality. My many years working as an executive assistant, personal assistant, and chief of staff were quietly preparing me for the work I am doing today.

As a wife, mother of four, and a business owner, I understand how quickly life can become overwhelming. I know what it feels like to manage a full calendar, a household, children’s schedules, work responsibilities, unexpected problems, and the mental load of remembering everything. I understand the help our clients need because I need that kind of help, too.

Thank you to every client who has welcomed us into your home and trusted us with your family, projects, schedules, moves, vendor appointments, last minute needs, and everyday responsibilities.

Thank you to every client, friend, family member, and supporter who voted, shared our name, referred someone to us, or encouraged us along the way.

I am eternally grateful for your love and support, and so excited for what is still ahead! by @yourconciergeaustin

Hola hola! I’m Judy, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Born in the Dominican Republic, raised in the Big Apple (NYC), and now living in Austin with my husband and four kids. I’ve spent the last 19+ years working as an executive and personal assistant in the corporate world, supporting busy CEOs.

My passion for this work really came alive when I realized how much more meaningful it is to serve one family at a time. It’s more personal, more real, and a chance to genuinely make life lighter for others.

I know what it’s like to have a million tabs open in your brain and feel like there just aren’t enough hours in the day. But the truth is, it’s not more time you need, it’s the right kind of help.

So welcome to my squares. Here, I’ll be sharing behind the scenes moments of what I do for the amazing families I serve, from Trader Joe’s runs and tidying up closets to coordinating events and even traveling with families to make sure their trips run smoothly.

If you’ve ever wished for a right hand person who just gets it, who gets you! Then you’re in the right place.

Let’s chat! :)

Need a Home Manager in Austin!

Whether you’re out of town for a week or 3 months, swamped with work, or just don’t wanna deal with all the home stuff, I’ve got it handled.

Here’s some of the magic I bring:
• Check-ins while you’re away
• Waiting for vendors so you don’t have to
• Mail, packages, plants, pets, all the things
• Stocking the fridge before you get back
• Prepping for guests
• Decluttering + tidy up
• Random “can you just help me with…” moments

Basically… I keep your home running so you don’t have to :)

Let’s chat if this sounds like your kind of help! by @yourconciergeaustin

Some days we’re coordinating contractors, other days we’re picking up dry cleaning, running errands, or making sure everything at home is running smoothly. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly what we love about what we do!

A few ways we make life easier:

• Personal errands and shopping
• Dry cleaning drop-offs and pickups
• Home management and organization
• Vendor scheduling and coordination
• Appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Event planning and special occasion preparations

From the smallest errands to managing the bigger details, we’re your trusted extra set of hands behind the scenes. by @yourconciergeaustin

A few weeks ago, we were tasting wines, sampling delicious food, and finalizing all the little details for my client’s big day. And now, wedding weekend is almost here!

So excited to be behind the scenes, making sure everything comes together beautifully so she can simply enjoy every moment of this special celebration.

Last week, we found out the new floors, which were supposed to be installed before the furniture delivery, weren’t going to be completed in time. That meant the entire furniture installation had to be rearranged.

Lots of calls, back and forth, troubleshooting, and coordinating later… we made it happen. The furniture was still installed the week it was supposed to be.

And the CEO and VP didn’t have to lift a finger.

In fact, I didn’t even bring the problem to them until I had the solution.

They’re running a company, managing their families, and living very full lives. They don’t need another problem dropped on their plate. That’s what we’re here for.

We handle the calls. We solve the problems. We move the pieces.

Most of it happens quietly, behind the scenes.

They just get to know one thing: it’s handled. by @yourconciergeaustin

We love traveling with our clients. We plan every detail, then travel with them to make sure everything is taken care of. Some clients simply don’t want to lift a finger, even on vacation 😜, and we’re happy to make that happen. by @yourconciergeaustin

Home or away, our concierge services travel with you.

Jackson Hole, Year Two!

Over 20 family members, one year of planning, and countless moving pieces.

From coordinating flights, hotels, restaurants, transportation, car rentals, activities, and errands, to keeping up with communication from family members traveling in from all over the country. There were deadlines, vendor meetings, caterer meetings, grocery runs, wine shopping… honestly, just about everything you can think of.

It was a lot, but I loved every minute of it. Getting to serve this family, take the stress off their shoulders, and watch them simply enjoy time together made all the behind-the-scenes work completely worth it. by @yourconciergeaustin

Managing our clients’ events is part of the concierge experience. We don’t just manage homes. We help manage the important moments our clients entrust us with. From intimate gatherings to special celebrations, we handle the details behind the scenes so our clients can be fully present and enjoy each moment with their friends and family. by @yourconciergeaustin

As a House Manager, not only do we help manage your home, family, and everyday life… we also get to help bring your celebrations to life.

This past weekend we got to serve during a beautiful summer soirée and honestly… we did everything, and loved it.

Setting up, running around behind the scenes, coordinating vendors, refreshing food and drinks, helping guests, handling the random last-minute things that always pop up… all so our host could actually enjoy her own party instead of working it.

Thats our goal.
We want our clients mingling, laughing, making memories and feeling fully present, not running around stressed and sweating down their neck trying to manage everything themselves.

You host.

Still soaking this in. What an incredible honor to be featured in The Scout Guide @tsgwilco

Building Your Concierge Austin has never just been about checking off tasks. It’s about serving people well, loving our clients through the details, creating peace in the middle of busy lives, and showing up with genuine hospitality and care.

From the smallest errands to life’s biggest moments, it is such a privilege and honor to be trusted inside our clients’ homes, schedules, celebrations, and everyday lives. We truly love what we do, and being recognized alongside so many inspiring businesses is something I don’t take lightly.

Grateful, humbled, and excited for what’s ahead. 🤍 by @yourconciergeaustin
