Extraordinary day spent with my longtime friend Todd Gieg. For the past 20 years, Todd has been creating an incredible handcrafted diorama. The level of detail, patience, and artistry is simply mind-blowing.
Man, Todd! Hearing the stories behind its creation, how it’s made, rand the unbelievable attention to detail, PATIENCE. Lordy. It’s deeply personal, too, with a few friends and neighbors woven into the scene. A true labor of love.
Ever more important we caught up, we laughed, we hung out with Amy and their lovely son Max. Grateful.
