«I can spend thirty minutes on a FaceTime with my girl, explaining why she’s lowballing herself. Why she should’ve asked for that raise six months ago. Why her boss is kind of an idiot. Why she keeps saying “yes” to jobs that drain her soul. Why her experience is literally worth double.

Then I hang up.
And go back to my own life.

And land a project for half of what it’s actually worth»💀

We often end up being the wisest person… in someone else’s life.
Other people’s fears look obvious. Their limits look silly. Their potential? You can spot it in five minutes.
But when you try to apply all that same clarity to yourself? Suddenly your brain’s like, “Hmm, actually, let’s overthink this for three hours.”

I see this all the time. Women fiercely coaching each other… then completely freezing when it comes to coaching themselves.

Maybe it’s not just about blind spots. Maybe it’s that we treat ourselves like the unpaid intern of our own life, while our besties get the CEO treatment.

To a friend, we’d say:
• “You already know enough.”
• “Don’t settle for less.”
• “Stop waiting for someone to hand you permission.”

But to ourselves? “Are you sure you’re ready? Maybe one more course first…”

If you’re just learning how to be your own best friend, your own hype woman, your own coach - the fastest way is to learn how to self‑program your brain.

Comment CLARITY and I’ll send you my method.
