The palm tree has always been my favourite. Growing up on a farm in South Africa, they were scattered throughout our garden, and I was endlessly drawn to their quiet beauty. Funny enough, my son has the very same fascination with them. Maybe some things are simply passed down, or maybe nature has a way of capturing our hearts in the same way 🌴

Tight calves ≠ you just need to stretch more 🫢❌

If your calves constantly feel tight when you run, limited ankle mobility and/or a lack of strength through the calf–ankle complex could be part of the picture.

Try this quick combo:

1️⃣ Knee-to-wall test → check your ankle mobility
2️⃣ Bent-knee calf raises → strengthen your soleus (super important for runners!)
3️⃣ (Loaded) ankle rockers → work on ankle mobility under load

Do these consistently rather than only reaching for another calf stretch every time they feel tight. 🏃‍♀️

⁨ في أول مرة عرفت فيها أحمد خضر كانت في تجارب أداء العام الماضي وصرنا أصحاب من أول يوم، وحصل هذا الموقف إلي لازم أقوله للعلن:

كنا اثنينا في غرفة الانتظار ومتأملين يتم اختيارنا اثنينا بشكل مباشر لما ندخل للجنة، هو دخل أول وتم اختياره للتأهل بشكل مباشر وطلع فرحان، وانا بعده رحت على تصويت الجمهور

انا طلعت زعلان شوي، وهو شافني بعد ما طلعت، وكشر وزعل اني ما تأهلت.. مع انه لسا متأهل والمفروض طاير من الفرحة وهاي لحظته!! والله كان بتطلع فيني وماسك ورقة التأهل ومتحسر وزعلان علي، واجى قلي اني ما ازعل وبستاهل وان شاء الله هتأهل من تصويت الجمهور

وبعد ما روحت تاني يوم ع بلدي ضل طول فترة ما قبل التصويت يواسي ويقلي انا متأكد انك هتتأهل من التصويت

هاد لأنه شخص نظيف من الداخل ومن الخارج، وصديق حقيقي، ومكسب لكل شخص عنده علاقة معه، وأنا والله أنصحكم جميعًا يا معارف أحمد خضر توطدوا وتقووا علاقتكم معه

أما بالنسبة لتحدي الثلاثين، فأنت بالنسبة لنا جميعًا ظاهرة، ايش يعني ظاهرة؟ يعني في أشياء بالبرنامج انت الوحيد الي بتقدر تسويها بيننا كلنا، ما شاء الله عليك... وأنا واثق إنه رح تكون ظاهرة بباقي مسيرتك وهاي الأشياء المميز فيها لا تقتصر بس على تحدي الثلاثين
