I learned years ago that all business problems are solved through proper recruiting and proper training. I’ve watched it play out in real time many instances since then. To watch a new crew of roofers go from day 1 to knocking doors this week was incredible.

It speaks volume to the culture and team here at NextGen Restoration. Hell, one of our recruits is already talking about getting a company logo tattoo. 😂😂

I’m so grateful to be working with individuals excited to come to work each day. Even when problems arise, that’s something that comes pretty naturally to me at this point…but it’s rare for many others. I’m sure you’ve seen it, too.

It’s why we focus so much time on the future vision of the company and how everyone can fit their vision within that future. When everyone grows, everyone wins, and it all starts with hiring the right people and taking great care of them and their growth.
