What if I told you 25 minutes is enough to train every major muscle group and sneak in some core?👇

This is one I come back to on busy weeks. Every strength move pairs your upper and lower body, then a core move follows, so you're building strength and stability the whole way through. If 25 minutes is what you've got, let’s make it count!

Here's your workout:

CIRCUIT 1:
1️⃣ Squat and alternating back rows
2️⃣ Stack on push up and plank row (right)

CIRCUIT 2:
1️⃣ Staggered deadlift, snatch and shoulder press
2️⃣ Stack on push up and plank row (left)

CIRCUIT 3:
1️⃣ Reverse lunge hold and bicep curl
2️⃣ Wood chop (right)

CIRCUIT 4:
1️⃣ Lateral lunge and upright row
2️⃣ Wood chop (left)

CIRCUIT 5:
1️⃣ Single leg glute bridge hold and skull crushers
2️⃣ 4 scissor kicks and roll up crunch

BONUS CORE CIRCUIT:
⚡ Plank dumbbell drag and row
⚡ Half kneeling chop (right)
⚡ 4 scissor kicks and roll up crunch
⚡ Half kneeling chop (left)

Delayed post but I’ve had the most incredible couple of months competing and spending time with the best people.
Definitely feel like I had more to give but happy with 25th in the world and more importantly to have made the best memories with the best people and visiting such a beautiful place.
