A custom version of the Gen2 Evocase Single Speed Transfer Case for a special application where space was almost non-existent. Helical gears were also use to try and reduce the noise a little too. They're still huge billet 2 inch wide chromoly monsters though. The billet casingcame out beautiful too 😍 by @syncrogearboxes

Massive thanks to @syncrogearboxes for building us this custom transfer case with helical-cut gears. This unit will replace the original unit, with straight-cut gears, that were excessively loud, given the mounting location—under the dash/center console…combined with the fact this is not a race car application.

Packaging in these vehicles is beyond challenging, as you can see, and there are few companies willing to make one-off custom helical gears, therefore we are very grateful to “Shabs” at Syncro Gearboxes for making it happen🙌

An old project we did a few years ago now. A billet steering rack. This used an OEM rack and pinion but the casing is hugely upgraded with added features. by @syncrogearboxes
