I love a good upcycle, and thus, I keep 90% of my Instax film protection thingies. We gotta do our part to save the planet, Yah know?

Turns out, they make for some nice canvases to doodle on.

What's cool to think is that each one represents 10 pictures taken.

What I Like about my Rolex Explorer 40? Well, it actually made me realize something about my taste in watches.

Looking at my collection, I’m certainly not someone who avoids bold designs, interesting colors or a little extravagance.

And yet, when it comes to Rolex and Omega, I somehow ended up with two of their most understated designs: the Explorer and the Railmaster.

No flashy complications, no unnecessary details. Just two very different interpretations of what a great everyday watch can be.

Maybe that’s the interesting thing about collecting watches. Sometimes your choices reveal a side of your taste you hadn’t really noticed before.

So, I’m curious: Do you have a certain watch in your collection that seems completely different from your usual taste, but somehow feels absolutely right?
