Dream on, beloved 🤍

Somehow, it’s been a year since my debut LP, The Remembering, was released.

It was truly a divinely-guided creation that was blessed and given breath through the multidimensional gifts of @nicoep_drums ✨🙏🏽💫

I’m incredibly grateful for the support you’ve all given to this artistic creation, which was channeled through spirit, nourished by the earth, and held in deep community.

This album was continually supported by and infused with energetic healing 💎💎💎💎

Every recording session was anchored by the elements of nature, the ancestors, and the harmonizing energy of reiki.

I think this is why many of you feel the medicine in the music each time you listen to it.

💫💫💫💫

The biggest delight has come from children who really seem to resonate with the pure energy of the sound. One beloved niece calls the album her “calm music.”

And I’ve caught a beloved nephew humming some of the tunes more than a few times while playing.

Thank you for continuing to share this work with your loved ones and your communities—it means the world to me.

The goal of this album was very simple—to help bring more balance into the world.

As we approach the Autumn Equinox, I hope that this humble offering continues to help bring us closer to equilibrium.

🍁✨💫🍁✨💫

I’m still in awe over this miraculous release of a lifelong phobia that was supported by the healing energy of reiki 🙏🏽

✨✨✨✨

Today is the *last day* to sign up for our final Reiki Training of 2026, which takes place next weekend, September 12-13.

Some things are out of our control but how we react to it is usually all up to us… life is hard enough, so take advantage of the opportunity to RELAX! Everything doesn’t have to happen instantly. Exercising your patience can also prevent tribulations or at least help in the process.
So next time you’re in a circumstance out of your comfort or control, choose Patience baby and have a better day 😘
