Nuksy’s Ventures is a full-service culinary company specializing in corporate and social catering, chef-crafted Creole cuisine, licensed bar services, prepared meals, signature beverages and Nuksy’s Gourmet® spice blends. We create flavorful food experiences and retail products designed to make gathering—and getting dinner on the table—easier and more memorable.

What began with the legacy of my grandmother Nuksy has grown into a company that serves our community, creates memorable culinary experiences and brings chef-crafted products into homes across the country.

I’m grateful for my family, my team, our clients, our customers and every person who has supported this journey. This moment belongs to all of us.
