Some promotions feel especially easy to announce.
Over the last year, we’ve had the chance to watch Ally grow into someone who doesn’t just manage social, she gets it.
She knows when an idea needs more. When something feels too expected. When a trend makes sense for a brand and when it doesn’t. She’s developed her own taste, instincts and confidence, and has become such an important part of how we think about and create social at Finnerty.
But what we’re probably proudest of is how much she cares!!!
She cares about the work, she cares about our clients, and she is constantly willing to go the extra mile to make something better. Our clients love working with her because they can feel that too.
So, we’re very excited to make it official: Ally has been promoted from Account Coordinator to Social Media Manager.
