Suddenly it’s September again…and somehow that tiny baby is TEN.

Looking at these pictures makes me think about how much I didn’t know back then. I had no idea what his personality would be like, what he’d be into or how much this kid would ALWAYS have something to say about everything 😂😅

I definitely didn’t know we were getting a baseball loving, Fortnite playing, Stranger Things obsessed kid with a smart mouth that drives his mom crazy. That he’d love dubstep as much as his dad or that he’d end up collecting pretty much anything he could get his hands on… trading cards, Funko Pops, coins, Legos, fossils, even random rocks off the ground.

I had no idea what the next 10 years would look like. I just knew I loved that little boy more than anything and more than I knew how to put into words.

I’d give anything to go back and tell that little baby how much life was waiting for him. I’d tell him he was going to be bold and courageous and even when life knocked him down, he’d always get back up with both fists swinging.

10 years of you, Kai, and honestly, I really really like the kid you became. I’m so proud of you and I’m pretty damn lucky I get to be your mom.
