It’s been a horrendous year! I’ve weeded my peony’s 3 times and finally mowed it. The dahlias got blown to shit by a tornado like storm and i am wondering if I need my head examined!

I hear and feel ya! Same here is SW Oklahoma. It was so disheartening. First time for me in 30 years of growing.

Oh Keeks! 1st & foremost, your eyes are beautiful! As someone who went through the same thing, it’s not as bad as we think it is, it’s just that we’re so used to having the extensions so anything less looks weird. Just give it time. As a fellow ginger, an alternative that has worked well for me was getting my lashes & brows tinted professionally. Not sure if you’ve already gone down that road, but if not, give it a try. I’m so sorry your dahlia season was cut short. I know how disappointing that is both personally & financially. Hang in there sister! We love you. 🫶
