I really enjoyed my little evening walk here. The view was beautiful, especially as the city started to wind down.
Save this Budapest tip: You can also get up to Buda Castle for free using the escalators inside Várkert Bazár, instead of paying for the funicular or hiking up the hill. Fisherman’s Bastion is also within walking distance, so you can easily combine both spots in one little Budapest stroll.
