TEACH FIERCE
Follow or Lead Yourself?
Hope or Predict your Success?
In school and sports, we teach girls to be polite and compliant but not fierce. Can’t we be both? YES!
In my approach with Ridiculous Positivity you can
teach girls HOW to be FIERCE.
Practice saying CLEAR CONFIDENT messages:
1. I’m in control
2. I see the bar
3. I catch the bar
4. Roar!
This begins the journey of
- jumping to the high bar or
- bails
- jagers
- pac saltos
Building clarity and confidence matters in gymnastics and all sports.
Teaching girls
> to be assertive
> to lead themselves
> use their voice
> and be fierce
is pretty easy - it just takes tools, consistency, belief, and autonomy. I GOT YOU!

Because it’s natural to doubt yourself - All kids need us to teach them positive strong mindsets. Repeating these words is powerful! You create a different persona - a fierce girl inside and out for gymnastics, for sports. It’s fun! And it frees children to express their inner selves! And they WILL create success. 👏👏👏
