Three weeks postpartum and officially in my “anything that makes recovery easier” era. 🤍

After two babies and now a C-section recovery, I’ve learned that the little things really do make the biggest difference. From the products I swear by to the things I didn’t even know I needed (but of course my mom did 🙄), these are some of my favorite postpartum essentials.

A little bit of healing, a little bit of self-care, and a whole lot of making life easier while adjusting to our new normal.
I put together my FULL curated list of postpartum must-haves, including everything I actually use and love.

Comment “SEND” and I’ll DM you the full list with links! 🫶
