Confession: I didn’t completely love Every Summer After. I loved the vibes, the pierogies, the lake, the friendship bracelets, and the fact that it was set in my hometown’s general neck of the woods - but it just wasn’t my type of romance trope. Lucky for me, One Golden Summer immediately delivered on all fronts! Was so excited to spend the weekend hanging out with family and attending a fundraiser for the Madawaska Valley library and meet Carley and eat THEE pierogies 🤌
