It took 40 days and 40 nights but it got done! 😂😂

I swear every time I start doing my own braids I have so much ambition that I trick myself into thinking I can get it done in 2 days. It Never happens 🤣 But it got done and I love it so that’s all I’m going to focus on.

The scale…Weighing yourself daily and stressing over every change doesn’t reflect your progress. Your weight shifts with water, salt, carbs, stress, sleep, digestion and your menstrual cycle, sometimes by 1–2 kg in a day. Track your progress through your energy, training performance, measurements, progress photos, how your clothes fit and how you feel. The scale is just one piece of the puzzle.

Fasted cardio doesn’t burn more body fat. Do your cardio whenever it works best for you

Detox and cleanses… You don’t need detox teas, juice cleanses or special drinks. Your liver and kidneys already do this job.

Supplements can complement your training and performance, but they’re not the reason you get results. Your food, sleep, effort and consistency are.
