Located in Menara KEN TTDI, Jan's is known for artisanal gelatos and delightful cakes & pastries. It was founded by Janice, who also owns Petiteseirie by JS (which is located at Ara Damansara, PJ). π₯£
Ordered:
Macadamia Affogato π¨βοΈ (RM18 + RM6)
The macadamia gelato itself was really nutty and tasted a little savoury; on the other hand, the espresso complemented it nicely!
Waffle & Pistachio Gelato π§ (RM24 + RM6)
Waffles were perfectly crispy! Although the pistachio flavour leaned on the lighter side, it's still a good flavour to pair with waffles.
Banana Miso Gelato πβοΈ (RM14)
We understood why this is a favourite! Drizzled with caramel sauce, it had a prominent taste of bananas; however, the miso notes could have been be more pronounced.
Peach Sorbet π [vegan π±] (RM11)
A fruity and refreshing pick!
Onde-Onde Cake π₯₯βοΈ (RM18)
Airy pandan chiffon layered by salted gula melaka, gula melaka cream, and shredded coconut. Surprisingly tasty, with a natural sweetness and the evenly distributed gula melaka throughout.
Espresso Burnt Cheesecake βοΈ (RM18)
Espresso cheesecake at the top, chocolate cake at the bottom. The cheesecake was moist and pleasantly creamy, while the chocolate layer was super rich - better to have it together with the cheesecake!
Banana Loaf Cake π°β (RM12.50)
A warm, dense loaf cake containing chocolate bits. Although small in size, it's filled with deep banana flavour; so decadent!

A crumbly and buttery treat! π
