My big boy starts 2nd grade today! 🎒📚💚

This year, we decided to take a different path and begin our homeschool journey. 🏡✨ He is incredibly bright, curious, imaginative, and always wanting to know why and how things work. I want to give him the freedom to keep moving forward, explore the things that spark his curiosity, and learn at a pace that challenges him.

I also want his education to go beyond traditional academics. I want him learning about entrepreneurship, AI, technology, STEM, money, creativity, problem-solving, and real-life skills. 🤖🚀💡💰 I want him to travel, see the world 🌎✈️, meet different people, experience different cultures, and learn firsthand that some of life’s greatest lessons don’t come from a textbook.

There may come a day when he decides he wants to go back to traditional school or experience high school—and if he does, I’ll support him. ❤️ But until then, I’m going to teach him everything I can, expose him to as much of this beautiful world as possible, and give him room to discover exactly who he is.

He is imaginative, funny, smart, loving, and wonderfully himself. 🥹💚

Here’s to 2nd grade, our first year of homeschool, lots of adventures, plenty of experiments, field trips, big ideas, new friends, and memories we’ll never forget. 📚🧪🚀🌎
