「觸動」舞蹈課 – 饒宗頤文化館（美孚）| 08.07.2026 – 30.07.2026 🧱
踏進紅磚古蹟建築群，歲月痕跡與沉靜氣息交織，我們將空間的記憶轉化為肢體的韻律。
在一連串的課堂中，從荷花綻放的生命脈絡，跳到銅像沉穩的凝固姿態，再到武林高手的切磋。大家試著將質感、輕重與軟硬等抽象感受注入身體，融入每一個舞步。每節課都是一場全新的探索，我們在彼此的帶領與呼應之中創作與互動，構成了一幅幅凝聚眾人力量的集體景象，當下的流動與共鳴，留下了最真實的身體印記。

Dance Well Classes – Jao Tsung-I Academy (Mei Foo) | 08.07.2026 – 30.07.2026 🧱
Stepping into the red-brick heritage complex, where the traces of time blended with a sense of quiet stillness, we transformed the memories of the space into the rhythm of our movements.
Across this series of classes, we moved from the living pathways of blooming lotus flowers to the steady postures of bronze statues, and on to the subtle exchanges of martial arts masters. Everyone worked to channel abstract sensations—texture, weight, softness, and tension—into their bodies, weaving them into every dance step. Each class was a fresh journey of discovery. As we guided and answered one another through creative interaction, we built collective moments rich with shared energy. The flow of that moment and its deep resonance left us with the most authentic physical echo.
