🚨🔬 Google just announced a major breakthrough in quantum computing.

Using its Willow quantum chip, researchers achieved 99.99% accuracy in producing special quantum states known as “magic states,” reducing errors by a factor of 40.

Why does this matter? Quantum computers are extremely sensitive to errors, which makes running complex calculations difficult.

These magic states are essential for building machines that can perform reliable calculations at a much larger scale.

Google says the breakthrough solves a key problem researchers have been working on for over 20 years.

The findings, published in Science, bring us another step closer to quantum computers capable of solving problems beyond the reach of today's most powerful supercomputers.
