The most hated and loved architect: Le Corbusier

Few architects have shaped modern architecture as deeply, or generated as much debate.

Le Corbusier helped redefine architecture around function, structure, light, and standardized construction. His Five Points became fundamental to the Modern Movement, while his later use of raw concrete influenced the emergence of Brutalism.

His buildings became icons. His urban visions remain controversial. But whether you love or hate his work, his influence on architecture is impossible to ignore.

Do you like Le Corbusier’s architecture?
