You don’t need another opportunity promising you’ll barely have to work.

You’re already willing to work.

You just want to know the work is building something.

Something you can get better at.
Something you can lead.
Something with room to grow.
Something where your effort isn’t permanently attached to somebody else deciding what it’s worth.

I’m not interested in convincing everyone this is for them.

It isn’t.

I’m interested in finding the woman who hears “this will require skill, patience, learning and a hell of a lot of reps” and instead of being turned off… she thinks:

Good. Teach me.

Because she’s not looking for easy.

She’s looking for something worth getting really fucking good at.

And that’s exactly who I want to build beside. 👀
