Hiiii, I’m Karli 👋🏼😂

And if you landed here because one of my slightly unhinged opinions found its way onto your feed, welcome.

I’m building a business. Writing a book. Raising a little boy. And figuring out what it looks like to build a life with more choices instead of just wishing I had them.

And if you’re the woman who knows she wants more..

more ownership over your time,
more room to grow,
more choices for your family,
more out of the woman you’re becoming

you’re probably going to like it here.

I’m not showing up as the woman who already has all the answers.

I’m building it in real time.

Learning. Testing. F’ing it up. Correcting. Getting better. And sharing what I learn along the way.

Because this page isn’t really about watching me build my life.

I want it to make you think harder about what you’re building with yours.

So now I want to know you..

what’s something I’d NEVER guess about you from your Instagram? by @karlieffect

I spent a long time thinking I needed a different job.

What I actually needed was a different way of building my life.

Because I don’t want less ambition. I don’t want less responsibility. And I definitely don’t want to stop working.

I want meaningful work, leadership, income that changes our life and the freedom to be present for the people I’m doing all of this for.

I’m not building an escape plan.

I’m building a life where those things get to exist together. by @karlieffect

Being capable can become a really freaking convincing reason to keep accepting a life you don’t actually want.

Because you can handle it.

You’ll figure it out. You always do.

But eventually the question has to change from:

“Can I handle this?”

to:

“Do I want to keep living like this?”

Those are two VERY different questions.

Your ability to carry the load doesn’t mean the load deserves to come with you into the next version of your life.

You’re allowed to want more margin.
More ownership.
More choice.

Not because you couldn’t survive without it.

Because survival was never supposed to be the measurement for a life you actually want to live.

What are you capable of carrying that you’re realizing you don’t actually want to carry forever? 👀 by @karlieffect

You don’t need another opportunity promising you’ll barely have to work.

You’re already willing to work.

You just want to know the work is building something.

Something you can get better at.
Something you can lead.
Something with room to grow.
Something where your effort isn’t permanently attached to somebody else deciding what it’s worth.

I’m not interested in convincing everyone this is for them.

It isn’t.

I’m interested in finding the woman who hears “this will require skill, patience, learning and a hell of a lot of reps” and instead of being turned off… she thinks:

Good. Teach me.

Because she’s not looking for easy.

She’s looking for something worth getting really fucking good at.

And that’s exactly who I want to build beside. 👀 by @karlieffect

Hey, hi 👋🏼
Been in network marketing for almost 10 years wanting, trying, posting, chasing the paycheck… and never building the financial success I thought I would.

Turns out, the greatest asset I picked up along the way wasn’t a paycheck.

It was the skill.

Marketing. Selling. Communicating. Leadership. Problem solving. Learning how to actually HELP someone instead of making my business about what I desperately needed it to do for me.

And maybe that’s why this time feels so damn different.

I’m not standing on the sidelines wanting the result anymore.

I’m up to my fucking eyeballs learning how to build it. 😂

And I have never been more enthusiastic about where I’m going.

10 years chasing the paycheck. Turns out, the skill was the asset. by @karlieffect

You don’t need me to tell you you’re tired.

You already know. 😂

The question is whether all that energy you’re spending is building toward the life you actually want.

Because staying where you are costs something too.

Time.
Energy.
Missed opportunities.
Another year of “maybe when things calm down.”

I’m done measuring decisions only by how hard they’ll be.

I want to know what they could build.

If both paths require something from you, choose the one with the better return.

Your future needs more than your exhaustion. It needs your movement. by @karlieffect

101 people here today. 🤍

A few things I’m reminding myself of:

— Have the conversations before you need the sale.
— Show up before you have the audience.
— Lead before you have the title.
— Do the thing before you have the confidence.
— Get the reps in before anyone is validating you.

Stop waiting for the result to give you permission to become the person capable of creating it.

You become her in the gap.🫶🏻 by @karlieffect

We are creating options. Big options.

Not “I can buy my favorite coffee whenever I want” options.

I mean:

— the broken car is inconvenient, not catastrophic
— groceries go up and the entire budget doesn’t fall apart
— pay off the debt
— buy the house
— have the ability to be home more
— make a career decision because it’s right, not because you’re trapped
— build something that belongs to you
— create more choices for your family
— become the kind of leader who helps other women create choices too

That’s the 1% I want to talk to.

The women who aren’t waiting for life to force their hand.

The women willing to move, grow, learn and build before they desperately need another option.

“Because feelings fluctuate. Your values don’t have to.

You set the tone. You set the pace. You hold the line.”

A few things I’m learning in my “before there’s proof” season:

• Not everything that’s working looks impressive yet.
• The boring decisions count.
• Showing up counts.
• Learning counts.
• Saying no to what looks better right now counts.
• Small decisions become life-changing because you keep making them.
• You don’t need immediate evidence to keep moving forward.

Stop optimizing your life to look successful. Start optimizing it to compound.

And probs the most important one:

Don’t quit something that’s compounding just because it hasn’t become impressive yet. by @karlieffect

It taught me…

-to value consistency over chemistry
-to pay attention to character
-that boundaries aren’t walls
-that peace is sometimes worth protecting
