I have to apologize for being behind on texts and messages and I haven’t been at gigs for the past week I’m largely through it now, but I’ve been sick for six days
This happens every couple of years. it’s brought on by working too many hours and with my sinuses being aggravated by playing saxophone. It then works to my lungs and then goes to my stomach and results in just a lot of pain. No nausea really. Just pain. All accompanied with a fever. It’s just one of those things in my body does every couple of years.
I’m still not 100% but I’m back up and running. I’ll be coughing for the next week as my lungs work everything out but i’m good.
