Jannelys Santos

the hand of dionysus guided us through this most magical production ✨ there was some extra element in the room with us, something otherworldly, something divine. or perhaps it was the very reality of being a group of friends trying something new together. a real community taking on an exciting challenge. a community that spends 2, 3, 4, 5 nights together every week for 11 years IS the magic. shakespeare in the hands of improvisers is a match made in heaven. our instincts were on fire, new choices happening in real time, live inspiration in front of a live audience. only improvisers can do that so effortlessly. we’ll never get the respect we deserve from the theater community, but we don’t need it. we all know how magical we are 🥹 thank you @petermir for being my champion, and thank you to the whole cast for taking on this gargantuan effort 🥀 i hope i made you proud 🖤
