Mourning the loss of people does not mean we can't recognize that an armed civilian was able to stop a shooting before police were.

Почти каждый второй взрослый в Казахстане имеет лишний вес или ожирение. Среди школьников более 20 процентов имеют избыточную массу тела, а свыше 6 процентов - ожирение. Такие данные озвучили эксперты на пресс-конференции в Астане.

Ожирение - не только вопрос внешности или силы воли, подчёркивают специалисты. Это хроническое заболевание, которое повышает риск диабета второго типа, сердечно-сосудистых и онкологических заболеваний.

В Казахстане действуют новые стандарты школьного питания, запрещена продажа энергетиков лицам младше 21 года. Также обсуждается повышение акцизов на сахаросодержащие напитки.

Эндокринолог Айгуль Дурманова советует придерживаться принципа здоровой тарелки, где половину должны составлять овощи, четверть - крупы, ещё четверть - источники белка. При этом лечение ожирения должно проходить под наблюдением врача и может включать изменение питания и привычек, физическую активность и медикаментозную терапию.

В Казахстане зарегистрирован рецептурный препарат на основе семаглутида в дозировке 2,4 мг производства датской компании Novo. Назначать его может только врач с учётом показаний и противопоказаний.

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has ordered the closure of Central Park in Connaught Place on October 16 and 17 ahead of the ‘ Lehra do Tiranga (wave the tricolour)’ march called by Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke for Friday (October 16, 2026).
The Delhi Police urged protesters and the public to stay away from such assemblies, citing that prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the BNSS were in force in Connaught Place and adjoining areas. The police also said a limited number of people could be facilitated to carry the national flag and sing the national anthem at a suitable location.
