Brought home Women’s Open 1st Place🥇 44:42 (+3 mins penalty because I accidentally carried the heavier weights for the first half 😂) Started my morning with an indoor cycling session before heading straight into two races in the afternoon. I wanted to test my new training method on tired legs and see how my body would respond. Honestly, I had so much fun! Though half the time I was stopping to figure out where to go and what I was supposed to do next 😂 To my doubles partner, Team MiauMiau @aryzeadora thank you for sharing the race floor with me!🤍 It was such a fun experience racing alongside you, pushing through the challenges and sharing all the laughs in between. #HuntrGames #Hotfm
Wow didn’t know I could do all that in 11 days… 5 cities… Walmart Opening… Two SmackDown TV’s… Philly Game… Incredible interviews with such incredible people… SiriusXM Upfronts… Ad Week Panels… Madam Palenta & Rosa Mexicano announcement media party… new restaurants to try… new bubbles to sip on… lots of Teo FT’s… catching multiple head colds along the way… and me testing my limits now knowing what I can’t do again in the future… and still making it back to catch Matteo’s soccer game! 🥹♥️ Just so grateful for my amazing partnerships, my SiriusXM Fam, the people I get to open up with and meet along the way. 🙏🏼✨
“Who gave you authority to be in the area?” — Sea Lots visitor attacked, collapses near City Gate A 23-year-old man who was visiting his girlfriend in Sea Lots, Port of Spain, is hospitalised with serious head injuries after he was confronted by a group of men who questioned his authority to be in the community before attacking him with bottles and stones. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, while the San Juan resident was at his girlfriend's home at Second Lane, Sea Lots. According to police reports, the victim was contacted by a man he knew only as “Psycho”, who called him to the nearby Sea Lots Fishing Depot. Upon arriving at the location, he encountered several men, including three individuals he knew by the aliases “Fadda”, “Keke” and “Rambo”. The men confronted him, demanding to know who had given him permission to be in the area. An argument followed, during which the men allegedly attacked the victim, striking him repeatedly about the head with glass bottles and stones. Despite sustaining serious injuries, the man managed to escape from the area. However, he subsequently collapsed along the Beetham Highway in the vicinity of City Gate. Medical examinations later revealed that he had suffered internal bleeding in the brain as a result of blunt-force trauma to the head. The victim remains under medical care.
I found some of the highest-quality seafood at Target! 🐟🎯 @wildalaskancompany’s wild-caught salmon and pollock are now available at @target, and I was so excited to find these in the freezer section 👏 I’m always looking for high-quality protein options with simple ingredients, and wild-caught seafood is one of my favorites to keep on hand for easy meals. These have between 17-22 grams of protein per serving with zero additives! Definitely check for these on your next Target run 👀 #WACPartner
