And today we're making APPLE CRUMBLE ICE CREAM with cinnamon apples, creamy vanilla ice cream and the easiest crunchy oat topping!

It's giving BEN & JERRY'S, but healthy vegan weight loss style! 😍

Ingredients:

🍎 2 apples, chopped
🤎 Cinnamon
🥣 Greek-style soy yoghurt
🥛 About 1 cup soy milk
🌼 Vanilla extract
🧂 Pinch of salt
🍯 Salted caramel flavour drops or maple syrup
💧 Splash of wateк

Crumble Topping:

🌾 Jumbo oats
🍁 Splash of maple syrup
🧂 Pinch of salt

Method:

1️⃣ Chop your apples into tiny chunks and cook in a pan with cinnamon and a splash of water until soft.
2️⃣ Add soy yoghurt, soy milk, vanilla, salt and sweetener to your Ninja Creami tub. Mix well.
3️⃣ Stir HALF the cooked apples into your ice cream base. Save the rest as little apple chunks.
4️⃣ Freeze your ice cream base and apple chunks overnight.
5️⃣ The next day, process your ice cream in the Ninja Creami. Add a splash of soy milk and respin if crumbly.
6️⃣ Add your frozen apple chunks and use the MIX-IN setting. 🍎
7️⃣ Toast jumbo oats in a pan until fragrant. Add maple syrup and salt, then stir until golden.
8️⃣ Sprinkle your crunchy crumble over your creamy apple ice cream and ENJOY! 🍦✨
