Reform should not come at the cost of students’ confidence in their own future.
GO 97 may be presented as restructuring, but the government cannot expect students to simply accept major changes without clear answers, transparent safeguards and meaningful consultation.
Students are not asking for special treatment. They are asking for clarity, security and a say in a decision that affects their careers.
Listen to them. Explain the policy. Address the concerns.
Because education policy should be built with students — not simply announced to them.
