PART IV — BRINGING BEVERLY CREST BACK

A legacy continued
The original Beverly Crest farm in Charlotte eventually gave way to development.
But a legacy doesn't disappear simply because a farm does.
The horses, the stories, the lessons, and the name continued through the Hemby family.
Today, Alexa Hemby and her granddaughter, Dawson Amick, are bringing Beverly Crest back, building a new chapter on the foundation established nearly 90 years ago.
The goal isn't to recreate the past.
It's to build upon it.
Today's Beverly Crest is focused on developing competitive horses and riders, preparing them for the premier circuit, national finals, and the highest levels of the sport, while continuing the family's involvement in sales and quality imports.
The sport has evolved.
The program has evolved.
But the foundation remains the same.
Horsemanship first.
Integrity always.
Excellence through hard work.
What started with a farm in Charlotte in 1937 is becoming something new again.
The name is back.
The legacy continues.
