HALLELUJAH—JESUS DID IT! 🙌🏾
A quick snapshot of the glorious day God gave us at the Don’t Break Ultra Marathon.
We showed up with one message: depression does not have to have the final word.
By God’s grace, we believe in a three-pronged approach to the journey toward wellness:
🏃🏾 Movement — keep moving.
🙏🏾 Christian meditation — renew the mind through God’s Word.
🧠 Mental health professionals — receive skilled support, tools, and guidance.
There is help. There is hope. Don’t break. Keep moving.
