And we are finally here! I’ve been excitedly waiting to review echoes of the past for a while now and can say for absolute certain that it has lived up to my expectations. @jbj_writes has done a wonderful job with the first book in the kings pride saga and I am now avidly waiting to see when the next book releases. The characters and world both have drawn me in, I’ve been loving the inclusion of random historical texts, and the variance of magic and character backgrounds makes for a wonderfully complicated read! Go check this one out!

Okay actually finished your review now. 🫣 Man, you’re spot on about the lack of potion making. He’s definitely going to amp that up going forward! I have full faith as well! So happy you had a blast with it!

AHHH JAN!! Thank you so much for the review😍 I’m super happy and proud you liked it so much!!! Truly brings me a lot of joy, and I can’t wait to bring you that second book! Honestly, what’s better than someone positively reviewing your book? A friend positively, but honestly, doing so🙌 Thank you again and can’t wait to get started on Godsworn! P.S. just yesterday actually wrote a scene of Gwynn performing more alchemy, let alone other magic soooooo, don’t you worry👀

Q: What was your last five star read?

It was a dream to meet the amazing @veschwab last night! She’s just so lovely and it was fantastic to get to to celebrate Victorious, the finale of the Villains series, with her 🥹

It’s one of my favourite series and if you haven’t read it, what are you doing?

Thank you so much @titanbooks for the invite! So grateful for the chance to meet a favourite author 🫶

Beneath the thatch 🍂
With @classic_cottages (ad)

Golden light greeted us as we arrived at this beautiful honey-coloured cottage, inviting us in to slow down and settle into the season.

Just a short drive from iconic local villages and towns, it’s the perfect escape for your Cotswold break. I definitely recommend checking out Great Tew.

At the cottage, we loved going for a late night dip in the hot tub, and running inside to curl up by the fire. Cosy to the max. 🥹 🍁
