Three pieces. Three different approaches:

🌟 One was drafted with guidelines only.
🌟 One was drafted with both guidelines + the lettering
🌟One was completely freehand

Drafting leaves room to work through spacing, placement and centering before committing to the final lettering. But live events don’t always offer that kind of time.

Sometimes there’s time for a full draft. Sometimes just a quick guideline. And sometimes, it’s straight to lettering.

The fun part? You actually shouldn’t be able to tell which approach was used.
