This happened to us with Korea Artiz Studio too. We paid almost $5,000 for our package and hadn’t even had our PWS when they suddenly closed down. 😔 It’s really scary to realise how vulnerable couples are when we pay such a large amount upfront. Hoping there can be better protection for bridal customers going forward.
