Day 1 of using my 5kg bread flour bag from Costco.
These other day, i accidentally grabbed this big bag of bread flour, some cream cheese, smoked salmon and everything bagel seasoning so now i have to make some crispy and chewy NY bagels.
Shoutout to @breadbycj for amazing tips and tricks.
It’s my first time baking bagels and can’t wait to try more interesting recipes.
