Day 1 of using my 5kg bread flour bag from Costco.
These other day, i accidentally grabbed this big bag of bread flour, some cream cheese, smoked salmon and everything bagel seasoning so now i have to make some crispy and chewy NY bagels.
Shoutout to @breadbycj for amazing tips and tricks.
It’s my first time baking bagels and can’t wait to try more interesting recipes.

My love language is act of services. So i cook Phở Bò for you.
I always put the extra broth and the tender brisket in the freezer then i have Phở whenever i want to.

One of my comfort food on the day that i don’t know what to cook. Simple way that i use less ingredients but do not compromise the flavours.
Toppings include meat balls that flavoured with crab paste and tofu puffs.
Soup base is made of tomatoes and crab paste.
Minimal seasoning because the crab paste has done all the job for you.

First harvest of the month 🥦🥬👩🏻‍🌾
I was so excited for this veggie basket after paying $500 water bill for it.
Nonetheless, the kale and roasted sweet potatoes salad was the perfect pair with the hot honey roasted chook.

Another meal that is perfectly for sharing.

They also have farmers market every 2nd Saturday.
