Janiczek Homes

We recently returned to Glen Mills to photograph this custom home, now fully settled in and being enjoyed by the family we built it for.

When we finish a project, the house is complete, but it hasn’t really been lived in yet. Coming back once our clients have settled in gives us a chance to see the home differently. The rooms are being used, the personal touches are in place, and the spaces we spent so much time building have become part of everyday life.

That feels especially meaningful with this home. From the beginning, our clients wanted a place where their children and grandchildren could come together. The large, light-filled spaces and connection between indoors and out were designed and built with that in mind, with plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy for years to come.

We were fortunate to build it alongside architect Juliet Koczak and the interior design team at Tiny Anchor Studios, and even more fortunate to build it for such a wonderful family.
