This first floor remodel was where our relationship with these clients began. We transformed their kitchen, bathroom, and living room, bringing their unique taste into every space.

They loved the result and invited us back for another project: the outdoor space we’ve been sharing with you. Getting to work with them again has meant a lot to our team.

What a difference. 🙌 This kitchen was completely reimagined into a bright, open space made for everyday living and gathering.

From the oversized island and custom cabinetry to the finishes that brought it all together, every detail had a purpose.

There’s nothing better than getting to work with clients you genuinely love—especially when they come back again.

These homeowners, Jess and Joe, are and amazing repeat Lakeside clients, and this kitchen is one of those projects we still love looking back on.

A great project takes a great team. Thank you to Jen Laurens from @tinyanchorstudios on the left, and our very own Brianna from Lakeside on the right.

Kinda chic to take a break from social media… by @tinyanchorstudios

Thinking about remodeling?

Here are a few signs it might be time to invest in your kitchen:

✔️ Your layout no longer works for the way your family lives.
✔️ You’re running out of storage and counter space.
✔️ Cabinets, countertops, or flooring are showing their age.
✔️ Your appliances are outdated or inefficient.
✔️ You’re planning to stay in your home and want to increase both its value and your everyday enjoyment.

A kitchen remodel isn’t just about creating a beautiful space—it’s about designing a room that works better for your lifestyle. The right renovation can improve functionality, increase home value, and make the heart of your home a place you truly love spending time in.

If you’ve caught yourself saying, “We’ll renovate someday,” this might be the sign to start planning.

This custom primary bathroom blends timeless materials with thoughtful design at every turn✨

Warm white oak cabinetry brings natural character, while quartz countertops, brushed brass fixtures, and handcrafted tile create a clean, elevated look. The exposed stone wall preserves the home’s original charm, and the custom glass shower with botanical tile adds a subtle statement without overwhelming the space.

Every detail was carefully planned to balance beauty, function, and longevity—resulting in a bathroom that feels luxurious today and will stand the test of time.

At Lakeside Custom Homes, we believe great renovations are built on thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and quality that lasts.
