John Kraemer & Sons

There’s a lot happening quietly in this home.

The steep, wooded site gave us an incredible opportunity to stretch the home along the lake and take full advantage of those west facing views. From the stepped chimney and dormers to the Palladian window glowing at dusk, the Colonial influence is easy to see without the home feeling overly formal.

Building on a site like this takes plenty of coordination, but when the evening light starts hitting the house and the lake beyond it, you can see why every inch mattered. 🌅
