Our biggest ever @thisistmrw show deserved a big old grid post 🦋
My boss Matt has been tirelessly booking bands in Birmingham for 20 years, and about 10 years ago he booked this band called Fontaines D.C. Fast forward ten years and a complete world domination, Fontaines are selling out arenas (and don’t need our help to promote lol) but even so, have continuously kept us on as promoter partners throughout the years. It’s not something they or their team needed to do, but by god does it make a difference for us independent promoters, particularly in these ever challenging times.
A big moment for us little grassroots - thank you @fontainesband and @metropolismusic + all of Fontaines team for graciously allowing us to continue on this journey with you!! 🫶
