I used to think ministry came with a specific job title. That in order to “do ministry” you had to work for a church. And then I became a mother. Slowly the definition of ministry has shifted into seeing every part of my day as ministry. Folding the clothes - ministry. Cooking dinner - ministry. Talking to a friend - ministry. Teaching my children - ministry. Smiling at a stranger - ministry. There is no limit to the ways we can become the hands & feet of Jesus in our every day life. Each moment is an opportunity to serve. And for me, that has made me reframe even the most mundane into tiny little miracles. 🪞🕊️✨🤍
