Right, a proper introduction,not the polished business version.

I’m Jade.
I’m 36, a mum of three, half Welsh, half Irish, valleys born, unemployable 9-5, but luckily I’ve always had one of those brains that refuses to leave anything alone.

I can look at a product and start building a campaign before I’ve even asked what it costs. I can walk past a location and mentally plan an entire shoot. I can meet two people and immediately start wondering what might happen if they worked together.

Sometimes it’s useful. Sometimes it keeps me awake thinking about ideas nobody has actually asked me for yet 😂

But underneath all of it, I genuinely love seeing people bring out the best in themselves.

I love watching somebody become more confident when they’re given proper direction (myself included). I love helping a small business show people why its work matters. I love connecting good people and seeing an idea become bigger because nobody had to build it alone.

That’s what Missing Piece Media is really being built around.

MPM is a creative production company and creative network. I identify the problem, develop the concept, bring together the right creatives, plan and direct the production, then turn it into campaign assets a business can actually use. Alongside commercial work, MPM creates genuine opportunities, introductions and safer routes into the industry.

MPM is new, I started it in June, and I’m not going to pretend I have years of agency history behind me. What I do have is a creative brain that rarely switches off, some serious drive, no want or need to fit in somebody else’s box, ever, high standards, a growing network of brilliant people and absolutely no interest in making things look like everything else on the internet.

And honestly, we’re very much still only at the beginning.

My inbox is always open if you ever want to ask a question, share an idea or simply say hello. Sometimes I’ll reply instantly; sometimes it’ll be within three to five business days.
