@herafternashville has blessed me in ways I could have never imagined. It’s statistically proven that women’s fear levels rise when they get in a room with other women. This morning we had 20 moms take time out of their Saturday morning to sit down and have a meaningful conversation about the challenges, gifts, and journey motherhood takes us through. We all could have sat there talking for hours 🥲 Biggest takeaways: 1. Give yourself the same grace you give your kids 2. Communicate with your partner/friends - they can’t read your mind, crazy concept 😂 3. Moms need community. Period. So grateful this is mine 🤎
