💙Sometimes strength means looking in the mirror and accepting yourself where you are at in the present moment! 💙Learning to accept a new version of yourself can be tough! 💙Yesterday marked 8 weeks in a cast; due to some complications, it will now be longer, and may require surgery. I am praying & hopeful for the best. 💙Although I try to stay positive, of course moments of doubt cross my mind! ✨Will I ever regain full strength of my arm? ✨Will I ever do a pull up again? ✨Will I deadlift my barbell again? ✨Will my strength gains return? ✨💙✨I know I have to continue to take one day at a time and focus on what I can still do! 💙I am using these moments of doubt to fuel my comeback; to prove that I WILL come back strong! 💪💙💪I may not come back physically stronger but I am confident that I will come back mentally stronger! 💪💙💪I know I have a long journey ahead, but I am looking at it as a brand new challenge to conquer! 💙I am beyond excited to break free from this cast and start the process of rebuilding my strength! 🥰If you too, are in the midst of a struggle, know that you are not alone! These life struggles will only make us stronger! 💙Always remember there is strength on the other side of every struggle! 🥰Wishing you all a beautiful day ahead! 💙Remember you are stronger than you know! #healingjourney #injuryrecovery #acceptyourself #bodyimagemovement #stronglegs

Miami rehearsals: DONE ✅ Allure of the Seas, here we come! 🛳️✨ So excited for this next adventure with such a talented and amazing cast! 🤍 This contract is all about stepping outside my comfort zone, embracing new challenges, and pushing myself to grow. Sometimes growth means doing the things that scare you, and I’m so proud of myself for taking that leap and stepping into the roles of Aqua Captain & Dance Coordinator in an AQUA SHOW 🥹🧜🏽‍♀️🫧 Here’s to new challenges, new memories, and another chapter of growth! To the Caribbean’s we go! ✨🫶🏽 #royalcaribbeanentertainment #dancer #royaltalent #allureoftheseas
