The many lives of Zara McDermott 💖

Eight years ago, Zara McDermott entered the Love Island villa as a 21-year-old bombshell. But the years since have seen her forge a path that’s entirely her own: nine documentaries, two podcasts, presenting, producing, and a career that has taken her far beyond the stereotypes and limitations so many wanted to put on her.

Now, with 30 just around the corner, Zara is less interested in having it all mapped out. “There’s something so beautiful about not planning too much and just seeing what happens.” In Cosmopolitan’s October digital cover interview, she talks about the stories she feels compelled to tell, the life she’s built with Louis Tomlinson, and learning to trust the person she’s becoming. Read the full interview at the link in bio.

What a wild, wonderful ride it’s been!

A little older, a lot more life behind us, and somehow back on stage doing what we love.

But somewhere between being launched into the air, dancing our hearts out and sharing those incredible moments with you all, something really meaningful hit home.

A new Beautiful Movements, straight from the heart.

Swipe through for a little piece of the journey. ❤️

I came to take a stream bath early in the morning☺️ Beautiful place🥰
