This was a 15 minute conversation I had with a potential customer after I happened to press record for another video I was making.
We talked through all of her hesitancies—and it turned out after this conversation she came back, because what she really wanted deep down was a custom piece I don’t already offer. And I am absolutely happy to make that for her!
Did she buy the sweater on the spot? No, and I 100% understand that! If it was me, I would need to think about it too.

I love handmade everything. I have sold clothes and items for 18 years, I have learned not to price anything around 300. For some reason people process it as 600,900. If you ask 250/-295 you will sell them all day long. It’s a weird mind thing.

I heard if you lay your wools on fresh snow, like it just fell and it hasn't soaked up the pollution in the air, like FRESH SNOW, its like a flash wash for your wools and the safest way to clean them. Its a reel I watched a while ago but its out there!
